The façade is one of the most representative, it consists of 3 arches that support a corridor that would have served as an open chapel. The twin towers of black and white stones recall the Dominican habit. In the atrium there is the belfry and the Corinthian column crowned by a cross built in memory of the victims of the terrible storm that struck Huamanga on October 9, 1640. The main altar of the temple is of Baroque style covered with gold leaf , the bells of this temple were the first to ring saluting the Victory of Ayacucho. From the temple the procession of the Holy Sepulcher leaves in a beautiful glass urn with carved wooden frames, where Jesus is seen resting on a bed of white daisies.
It is located between the shreds 9 de Diciembre (2nd. Block) and María Parado de Bellido (3rd, block), City of Ayacucho.
