Lunch at the home of Brito's family, a roast mutton like I've never eaten anything like it.
The lamb takes about 3 hours to bake because it is more than 1 meter away from the fire, and by that I understood 2 hours to bake the side inside and 1 hour the outside.
In the field when it was the gauchos to roast, it was only attached to a type of cross-shaped support and was slowly roasting
