La Moinerie’s buildings are set on the site of a medieval monastery on the peaceful island of Sark.
The renovated buildings of La Moinerie still have their original rustic charm, surrounded by lawns and tree-lined groves. There are outdoor eating areas, and the hotel’s restaurant serves locally sourced meals in the dining hall with its grand fireplace.
Bedrooms are available as well as larger lodges. All feature an en suite bathroom and a garden view, with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Guests of this hotel have the advantage of using the other 3 Sark Island Hotels’ facilities and the Red Room Snooker Club. This includes outdoor swimming pools and restaurants, all within a 15-minute stroll.
