Located in the historic artists' community of Clearwater Beach East Hampton, NY, this Villa provides access to the private and pristine Clearwater Bay Beach and Marina. And yet the property is 11.4 km from the East Hampton and Amagansett Villages. Complimentary parking passes for Ocean and Bay Beaches are provided.

This bed and breakfast has a private beach area and free use of bicycles is available. Car hire is available. Indian Wells is 9 km from East Hampton Art House Bed and Breakfast, while Pantigo Road Historic District is 10 km away. East Hampton Main Beach is 13.7 km away.
