The marble decorated building is situated in an exclusive position on the beach with dunes and bushes, 2 km from the centre of Tirrenia. The residence offers a seasonal swimming pool, direct access to the private beach and an elevator.
The second floor apartment is provided with air conditioning, a washing machine and a large terrace with deck chairs and view of the sea. In the living/dining area with a double sofa bed, you can watch TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a flat-screen TV and the bathroom comes with a shower, bidet and toilet.
At the residence there is a restaurant and bar. The beach restaurant is open for lunch and dinner during the summer season. It is possible to rent a bicycle and reserved parking space is available. With the service card (extra) you can use 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers for both by the pool and beach.
Activities in the surrounding area include a golf course in 2 km and wellness centre in 500 m. The centre of Pisa is in 15 km and of Firenze 60 km. Peretola Airport is located 76 km from the property.
