Waterfall Grande Rivière Sud Est is small but beautiful. A nice place to go.
The largest river of Mauritius, Grande Rivière Sud Est, is 30 km in length running along the mountains between bamboos before flowing into the Bay of Anse Cuñat where it mixes with the ocean.
The brackish water is full of fish, it is not uncommon during heavy rains that local fishermen catch small sharks.
